Refund Policy

At PickAnything.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

  • The product was not delivered

  • The item received is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”


3. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact our support team at pickanything.in@gmail.com

  2. Share your Order ID and issue details

  3. Attach clear photos/videos if the product is damaged or incorrect

  4. Our team will review the request within 2-5 business days

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed through bank transfer or UPI


5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us

  • Return shipping may be covered by PickAnything.in in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products


6. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipping

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.


7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank
